Connect multiple Android devices at once.

I have successfully (and easily) connected a single Android smartphone to matlab using port 31415 (default).
I would like to connect multiple smartphones (up to 12) to matlab simultaneously.
Is that possible? How do I delineate separate ports for the sensor data?
