  • Global Optimization Toolbox Version 3.4.4 or later
  • Optimization Toolbox Version 8.1 or later
  • Parallel Computing Toolbox Version 6.12 or later
part of Matlab base license?

Hi,
all these are seperate toolboxes that have to be aquired seperatly to use their functions. The version numbers always depend on the Matlab release you are using. For example in case of R2018b the versions are:
MATLAB Version 9.5 (R2018b)
Curve Fitting Toolbox Version 3.5.8 (R2018b)
Global Optimization Toolbox Version 4.0 (R2018b)
Optimization Toolbox Version 8.2 (R2018b)
Parallel Computing Toolbox Version 6.13 (R2018b)

Several of those are included in Student Bundle . However no other package automatically includes all those. But larger universities sometimes negotiate access to all toolboxes .
