Split jointed bee pollens

I believe this is a difficult problem...I want to split 2 or more jointed bee pollens....I n the upper right area
i use this code
function cluster_splited=clustering(cluster_binary);
se = strel('sphere',10);
cluster_splited0=imerode(cluster_binary,se);
cluster_splited1=imclose(cluster_splited0,se);
cluster_splited2=imclose(cluster_splited1,se);
cluster_splited=imclose(cluster_splited2,se);
end
but the result is this
it doesnt split the cluster...How could i do it ??I want to split in the middle of the cluster and segment 2 pollens...
