C Compiler for MATLAB R2008a

Hello,

I am having some difficulties to get MATLAB R2008a to work with a "c compiler". What kind of c compilers that work with R2008a? I keep getting error:

>> mex yprime.c Error: Could not find the compiler "cl" on the DOS path. Use mex -setup to configure your environment properly.

Note: the machine I am using is Windows 64-bit.
