Engine Cooling system (Thermal Liquid)

I am getting the error - " Temperature of the liquid volume is greater than the maximum valid temperature " , how to eliminate this problem.
Error is in oil loop fluid jacket.
Kindly reply as soon as possible.

You made a mistake in your modeling/implementation/computations. Somewhere. We don't know what you did.
PROBABLE USER ERROR.
Seriously, do you expect more than that given no useful information provided?
