Enable Portable word Size option generating wrong include in the code.

Hello,
I am using the option Enable Portable Word Size option in the Configuration and it is creating a worng include in the code file.
In 2013b it is generating a wrong include but when i checked in R2018b it generates a correct inlude.

Is there some patch available so that the issue can be fixed in R2013b as well.
we have huge number of models generated in R2013b.
