Yes.
I'm a Japanese and I'm seeing Japanese MATLAB web site.
For example, when I browse your questions, all the questions are automatically translated into Japanese.
I want to disable this function.

At the bottom of this page there is an option to select the country just change it United States or United Kingdom and try again.

国設定が「日本」の場合だけの機能ですが、現時点では自動翻訳機能が既定でオン（英語のコンテンツが日本語化される設定）になっております。ただ添付画像のようなバナーは表示されていませんでしょうか？「ここ」をクリックして設定を変えることが可能です。
