help on making a table or stringing data

I have c= 4 5 6 and there is a loop where c changes so the next one is c= 8 3 19 and it goes so on 16 times total. how do i make the first number of every c equal to a matrix called a0 that is a 16x1 and the next column called a2 that is 16x 1 and a2 that is 16x 1 into a table?

all_c = [a0, a1, a2];
Then after that, the K'th iteration would use c = all_c(K,:)
