accessing elements from excel file using matlab

plz help me urgently to get the code for accessing the elements of 2D array in excel file from matlab.
it is like i should access each element like from a(0)(0) to a(255)(19) inside a computation formula.:
eg:s=xlsread("myfile.xlsx")
the equation is p=(t+s(i)(j))*20
i should get the values one by one in 2D loop while computing this equation.
plzzzz help me with the code urgently....

What is t?
More than likely you don't need "the values one by one in 2D loop"; array/matrix operations are what MATLAB is all about....
