I am looking for the centroid and diameter of the every frame in an image sequence. How can I save the list of data in csv file format? It's in the for loop by the way.

In the loop, just save the values to your lists, then call csvwrite() after the loop.

for k = 1 : numberOfFrames
    centroids(k) = .......
    diameters(k) = ......
end
csvwrite(centroidFileName, centroids);
csvwrite(diameterFileName, diameters);
