Undefined function or variable 'drawellipse'

I was trying to apply 'h = drawellipse('Center',[1000,1000],'SemiAxes',[500,250],'StripeColor','r');'
the same as the example in the link below. However, the matlab keeps saying that 'Undefined function or variable 'drawellipse'. I am using Matlab R2018a. Anyone knows why?

drawellipse wasn't introduced until R2018b.
