Installing error: cannot find the files specified

While installing Matlab till 39%, the installing page says that the system cannot find the specified files and asks me whether to try again or exit. If I choose 'OK' to try installing again, all the process will start again from 0%. This process has happened for several times and I can't figure out how to fix this problem.
Matlab is really necessary for my study, thus I want to install it with much desire. How can I fix this problem? I'd be very grateful if you can reply me :)
