image size for loop

i have an image its size : 846x660x3 unit8

i want to do for loop that loop creat random values with the same size of image

i have tried this :

I = imread(11.JPG)
for ii =1: size (I) 
        %Alogarithm code 
    end

outputs = zeros(size(I));
for ii = 1 : numel(I)
    outputs(ii) = rand();
end
