zernike Shape feature extraction

Dear All,
It would be very grateful to solve this issues of shape feaure extration.
I tried to extract the zernik shape feature from my croped image(nput image attached) and got the following error . i think this error due to different scaling of rows and columns (146x107x3).
Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
Error in Zernikmoment (line 28)
Product = p(x,y).*Rad.*exp(-1i*m*Theta);
kindly help me to measure the zernike shape features for my input image
