Hello Bhuiyan,
To store the gaborMag result into a variable x, you can simply assign it as follows:
gaborMag = imgaborfilt(I, wavelength, orientation);
% Store gaborMag into variable x
x = gaborMag;
Now, x contains the Gabor filter magnitude result.
