FPGA-in-the-loop(FIL) Hardware Setup

Hi,I have some questions in FPGA-in-the-loop.
I setup APP:HDL Verifier Support Package for Xilinx FPGA Boards.
I have two Xilinx FPGA Boards:VC709 and ZCU102.
There were some error in "Hardware Setup".
What should I do to deal with these problems?
