How to Write to Control Register of DAC IC via SPI Communication in Simulink?

I was wondering if you have any recommendations on a Simulink model that I can build to write to the control register of AD5761 (DAC IC) via SPI communication, where the Master is the microcontroller on the Texas Instruments LaunchPad LAUNCHXL-F28379D? For instance, if I were to use the C28x Master Transfer block, how would I configure its parameters and what would I give as input (TX)? I included in the attachment the details from AD5761's datasheet regarding the control register bits (24 bits).
