The link has been fixed. Run the following command in MATLAB R2018a to navigate to the "Install the Simscape Multibody Link Plugin" page:
web(fullfile(docroot, 'physmod/smlink/ug/installing-and-linking-simmechanics-link-software.html'))
and click on the "Simscape Multibody Link download page" link.
