From the attached pdf, I need to draw Figs.(1-3), where the f"(0) (differentiated w.r.t 'x' twice at x=0) but then in X-axis CONTINUOUS variation of Lambda=[-4 4] is taken to draw. How to code?

No one is going to code up that paper with its super-complicated formulas for you. See this link in the FAQ.
