Code Generation for Deep Learning on Raspberry Pi

Hi,
I'm stucking with code generation for Deep learning on raspberry pi3b+ due to i coudn't setup its prerequisites
here is the guide i found https://uk.mathworks.com/help/coder/ug/prerequisites-for-deep-learning-with-matlab-coder.html
it says that I have to follow the instruction on github, setup the path,... but when I download the file from github I couldn't find any file as in the instruction.
so I coudn't pass this coder.checkGpuInstall('gpu','codegen','cudnn','quiet');
can anyone help me ?
