What have you done so far? What specific problems are you having with your code?
Hint: You have two 2nd order equations, so this system can be rewritten as four 1st order equations by making the following definitions for a 4-element vector y:
y(1) is defined to be x1
y(2) is defined to be x2
y(3) is defined to be x1dot
y(4) is defined to be x2dot
Then write out equations for the derivatives of each of y(1), y(2), y(3), and y(4). That will give you what you need to write a derivative function for this system.
