How to normalize the spectra by 650 nm?

sorry, I can't find the answer about this way to normalize the spectra at a certainly wavelength. Like this：

Hi,
you might want to use the normalize function:
result = normalize(A,'range')

Does it work? In R2019a it can be found here:
\MATLAB\R2019a\toolbox\matlab\datafun\normalize.m

Thank you for your help.
Finally, I divided all data by data value of 650nm.
result = all_data ./ data_650;
This can do it, too.
Hope this can help everyone who can't use "normalize.m" function.
