If the gain block is too small to display the contents of the Gain parameter ("Ki*Ts" in this example), Simulink will display "-K-" instead.

Using the Sum block, double-click on it and you can set the "List of signs" with a combination of verticla lines and pluses, for exmaple, |++ or +|+ . By doing this, you change the position of the ports in the block. Also, you can try to rotate the block (Ctrl R).
