If the connectivity and number of nodes is fixed, you can use Markov Chains.

If they are not, you should use Monte Carlo Simulation.

thank you ... but i want matlab code or direct example show me the way to calculate the number of request for (fixed and alternate network) and the interval time for each request in the network

You keep asking for that, but you have not defined what "fixed and alternate network" means. You have presented large blocks of code at times, but you never say what difficulty you are having with the code you show. A number of your questions have been Closed by the Editors because you have not given enough information for anyone to be of assistance to you.

It is quite unlikely that anyone is going to do this code for you for free, especially considering your history of not providing relevant information when you are asked for it. It was recommended to you earlier that you hire a consultant.
