Curve fitting tool fit output not plotting correct

Hi all, I have been using the curve fitting tool to get a line of best fit drawn through some data for later annotation. I am currently running into an issue where plotting the model created by the tool is returning a different plot. I have attached images below showing the curve fitting and its parameters, how ive inserted the data into MATLab and the plot which i am getting. Any help is appreaciated, thank you
