equation of neural network from neural network toolbox using backpropagation

i wanna ask about what is the equation neural network based from neural network toolbox. i used 5 neurons of input, 11 neurons in single hidden layer and 5 neurons of output. i used logsig transfer function in hidden layer and purelin in output layer?
