How do I remove local noise in the data and interpolate them based their neighboring values?

Hello,

The following is a heatmap of my 2D data Z=F(x,t), and the dots in the blue areas are noise.

I want to interpolate them from the neighboring values without modifying the rest of the data.

Is there any function that you could suggest for this purpose?
