What algorithm does "isosurf" command use ?

I use the 'isosurface' command as a black box and would like to know if it it using marching algorithm ? 'isosurface' calls for 'isosurf'. It is not specified in the doc what algorithm it uses for surface reconstruction.

It does, thank you. The other part remains an open question : what algorithm does it use ? I cannot understand the C code. Has anyone digged into it ?
