Using Matlab to reorganize my excel file. Basically Cutting and Pasting Columns and Rows

I am trying to reorangize large datasheets in excel into a specific format that I need. Basically I would like my code to cut all numbers past the 7th column and paste them in the row below. For example: I get a datasheet with 15 columns, I would want Matlab to reorganize it so instead of one row of 15 numbers, I would have 3 rows. Row 1 would have 7 numbers, Row 2 would have 7 numbers and Row 3 would have 1 number.
