Calculating joint angles from 3D coordinates

Hi,
I have a data set of x,y,x coordinates for 20 joints of motion capture data (60 Colums) and 101 rows of time points. I need to caluclate the angle of each joint throughout all 101 time points in order to see what joints of the body are moving? Is this possible? and can anyone provide any help/advice?
