Can we use dde23 solver to find solution of Stiff Delay Differential Equations?
I read somewhere that dde23 is for soving nonstiff equations but this is not written in MATLAB's help page.Now I am confused whether we can use dde23 solever for solving nonstiff equations.

Yeah,I have already written the code in dde23 solver as it is a stiff problem so it takes a long time to solve that system of equations and showing a 'busy' string.I am not getting how to use radar5 to solve my probelm and the code is written in Fortran language.

Why its not mentioned in the MATLAB help page that solving stiff differential equations takes long time when we solve it by using dde23 solver?

It's implicitly mentioned by writing that dde23 is designed for nonstiff systems.

Algorithms
dde23 tracks discontinuities and integrates with the explicit Runge-Kutta (2,3) pair and interpolant of ode23. It uses iteration to take steps longer than the lags.
Ok, the information is hidden in the word "explicit".
