Simulink plot and matlab plot is different

The plot I got for the simulink and matlab are different for the same data set.
I want to plot it as the matlab plot attached.
Could you please tell me how to fix this problem?

I understand you're experiencing inconsistency with MATLAB and Simulink plot outputs. This could be due to the following factors in Simulink: step size, type of solver, data interpolation method and sample time. Kindly vary all these factors to have a consistent plot output as MATLAB, hope this helps!
