Smooth a graph with wrong Y Values

So my Y values were correct up until 60, but after that I made up values because they were incorrect. My question is how to smooth them out.

You're going to have to give us more context. I don't know what smoothen it out means but if assuming you mean to keep y at 1.8 whatevers you can set the x variables to a value that will give you 1.8 whatevers.
