Developing GUI for a Simulink model

Hi,
I have a simulink model, now i want to create a GUI for that model. How can i do this? I have seen the following link:

But from this, i am not able to understand, how do i create the GUI.
Please help me.

You need to look at the broader GUIDE documentation for help with creating GUIs.
