y(x) = 2e -0.2x for the range 0 <= x <= 10 with intervals of 0.1.
i am new to matlab and it would be a great lesson and learning experience to know, thank you

x=start_value:0.1:endvalue; % fillup the missing values as is you homework , I suggest you to MATLAB onramp course
y= 2*exp(...);
plot(...)
