Optimization Toolbox is not installing!?

Hi,
I'm tring to install the Matlab Optimization Toolbox. I have got Matlab 2019a. But the installisation is not working. What I'm doing is the following:
1) I press the install buttom in the Add-On Explorer.
2) Matlab says: "MATLAB will shut down now to install the selected product." I press "Continue".
3) Matlab is shutting down. The OS asks me if I authorize the installization. I press "Yes".
4) Nothing is happening for at least 5 minutes. I start matlab again and Open the Add-On Manager. It doesn't list the Optimization Toolbox and the functions from the tool box aren't working eigther.
The installization of for example of the GUI Layout Toolbox does work. But I didn't need to reestart matlab for it. Can anybody help me? Or has similar issues?

I had the same problem. I solved it by downloading and running the Matlab installation file.

That did not solve it for me:
MATLAB Version: 9.13.0.2126072 (R2022b) Update 3
Operating System: macOS Version: 13.1 Build: 22C65
Java Version: Java 1.8.0_202-b08 with Oracle Corporation Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM mixed mode
Tried to install the Opimization Toolbox twice. 'ver' command does not show the toolbox, but the installer tells me that it is installe, so does the Add-Ons Manager.

I had to run these commands:
restoredefaultpath
rehash toolboxcache

^^ It really works. Just run those commands and re download the add-on
