Hi I want to translate the below set of code in python. What can I use only with the help of numpy or pandas (without using tensorflow or pytorch)
B_forward = vl_nnconv(single(B_forward),sign(Filters{WeightLayerIndex}),[],'pad',1,'stride',ConvStride(WeightLayerIndex));

Hi,
If you are comfortable coding with MATLAB, you can make use of MATLAB engine API for Python.
With this feature, you will be able to call MATLSB functions from Python.
