Add world map background to contour plot

I have Relative Humidity data (Excel file attached below) having latitude and longitude.
I want plot similar to--
This plot have other parameter.

[num,txt,raw] = xlsread('lat lon data.xlsx') ;
lon = num(1,2:end) ;
lat = num(2:end,1) ;
data = num(2:end,2:end) ;
pcolor(lon,lat,data)
shading interp
colorbar
To add a map..yoou need to have that data..
