3D vector / quiver plot indicating only direction

Hi,
I want to add Direction information to markers of a 3D scatter plot.
is there a possibility to plot directional arrows that only indikate a direction in 3D Space?
they should behave like a Marker in a scatter plot. they do not scale when zoom is used.
the auto scaling of quiver arrows does not work for me.
