I have a .mha file saved from ITK-SNAP, as following upper one. But when I use Matlab to read and show this image, it shows like following under. I'm trying to find the reason, but I failed. So hope somebody will give me a help. Thanks a lot!

Notice from the labels on the image that 'R' is on the left side, and 'L' is on the right side: the image is either rotated or flipped.
By examining the outline, we can see that you should
imshow( fliplr(flipud(YourImage)) )

Thank you a lot! I've runned "imshow( fliplr(flipud(YourImage)) )", it still wrong. After I using imshow(imrotate(fliplr(the image shown in matlab), 90), it seems the same as that ITK-snap shows, but I'm not sure whether its right. I still wonder why the mha file changed in matlab, cause DCM file won't do this.
