storing a multiple values for single model

I have a single simulink model and from that i want a value of variable assume 'x'; Now further I run the model for various cases say 4. How do i get the value of variable x for four different cases as every time i run the value will get replace according to case; i need to use those values for plot.

One of the possible solutions is to employ sim() and run your simulink model for 4 cases within a loop [for .. end] from MATLAB, and collect the values of x for every iteration.
