Execute functions only when there is a specific State transition in Stateflow

Hi.I need a help with the following .
I have 3 exclusive states A, B, C. I have 2 functions P, Q within state B.
The function P must b executed only when there is a transition from A to B
The function Q must be executed only when there is a transition from C to B
Is there a specific syntax or in built command in matlab that can be used to execute this??
