Mobile - Lost Communication with MathWorks Cloud

Hi, everyone.
I'm trying to run a code in MATLAB Mobile, and i logged in with my mathworks account.
I went to Files -> Settings i saw i was logged, but when i play the code, it disconnects by itself and the code don't run.
Can anyone solve this?

I would recommend reaching out to our support team (support@mathworks.com) for troubleshooting. Information like your platform, OS version, device etc. may help the team narrow down the root cause.
