Change value by changing marker position on plot

Hello everyone,

I have an ECG signal and I need to identify all the R-Peaks and T-Wave ends. I am doing this using a couple of packages available in matlab. In this figure you can see a small session of the recordings.

As you can see, there are parts where the peaks are not exactly where they should be. Unfortunately, the signal is very noisy (in some places MUCH worse than here).

I have to manually change the position of the identified points. Considering that these recordings are quite long, this will be time consuming. It would be great if I could just drag the marker to some other place of the trace and this, in turn, automatically changed the value in the variable containing the position of the markers. Do you think that this is possible?

Note, I am using Matlab 2019a
