Parameter Estimation with Fourier Transform Regression

Hello, is there any possibility to use the recursive least block in simulink but with frequency domain data as input. I would like to estimate parameters using Fourier Transform Regression of a PT2. If not, do you have any suggestions how to do the implementation?
