I have created a database of 20 people each having 10 samples of genuine signature and extraxted 14 features of each.so I have a input of 14x200 ancreated a target set of 20x200. but when i trained it with nprtool it gives validation stop. and the confusion plot is so overlapping that nothing is visible in it. I dont know why this error is occuring. Please help me out. I can provide my database and target se as well.

Have you tried to duplicate the pattern recognition examples and demos in the NN Toolbox documentation?

I recommend trying both NPRTOOL and the command line PATTERNNET on examples and/or demos.

Then, if you have a problem, you don't have to go to the trouble of posting data.

Validation stop is NOT an error. It is a method of preventing the model from fitting noise, measurement error and other sources of random contamination.

Again, we can better help if you use one of the sample pattern recognition data sets.
