I want separate/extract the spine from an MRI image or CT scan of back spine to find the angle of vertebra curve to determine scoliosis by image processing.

hi dear, thanks for answer me,but i think i write so false. i want extract spine from MRI image to determine angle of vertebra to find deformity of back. you are very kind because in my town any body can not help me or would not help me.
