Build model or code generation from simulink

Hello folks !!
In my simulink model, I am using read data from spreadsheet simulink block available in matlab 2017b release. But i am unable to build model i.e. C/C++ code generation because of the aforementioned block. Can anyone please suggest me how to build model and still read the excel file?
