Assigning value to cell array from another cell

I have a cell array called combination and corresponding values to be assigned in another cell called X.
Lets say i have one row element in cell 2 3 4 i want to take corresponding value from X cell i.e (value in 2 3 4 row) to assign in combination
plz refer attached .mat file revert me with code
