Is it possible to save an entire App Designer application by the push of a button on the GUI, so that the you can open the file and continue working at a later time. Kind of like save as just with a GUI button.

Brodil - please clarify what you mean by ...the push of a button on the GUI, so that the you can open the file and continue working at a later time... Which file were you working on? Are you talking as the developer or as the user of the GUI? If the user, do you want to save the state? Please clarify.

Hi Geoff. The point is that the user should be able to save the state of the GUI, probably as af .mlapp file, so that the same user, via another button, can load that same state and continue working later. I have done some image processing on two images, for example found ROI's, I have a plot and also a few edit fields. I would like to save the state of all these components.
